The transaction with the foundation works as explained under:
Interaction between the USA Donor and Charusat Educational Foundation
  1. A donor in USA draws check in US Dollars in favor of Charusat Educational Foundation (CEF) of the amount he/she desires to donate.
  2. Charusat Educational Foundation gives receipt of the check it receives as explained in (1) above.
  3. The USA donor can claim tax exemption based on receipt it receives as explained in (2) above.
  4. Subsequently, CEF sends donation amount to India.
  5. CEF ACCEPTS STOCK TRANSFER AS DONATION.
